Application Notes

Inhibits aminopeptidase M, N and leucine aminopeptidase. Inhibits mammalian collagenase, Ki = .14 mM. Displays antitumor activity in vitro and in vivo. Actinonin has also been used to improve antibacterial activity and antiobesity therapeutics.
