Application Notes
In addition to the unique Transform-It™ Solution and MP Bio's SUPER-COMP Media, the Transform & Grow™ Bacterial Transformation Kit includes Roll & Grow™ Plating Beads to replace the traditional hockey stick and flame method for plating cells on solid growth media. The sterile Roll & Grow™ Plating Beads are added directly to the growth plate surface with the transformed bacterial cells, rolled back and forth to disperse the cells, and then discarded prior to incubation.
