The MP Diagnostics ASSURE Typhoid IgG/IgM Rapid Test is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay. The test uses anti-human IgM antibody (test line IgM), antihuman IgG (test line IgG) and goat anti-rabbit IgG (control line C) immobilized on a nitrocellulose strip.
