Figure1. 使用SPINeasy™ RNA Kit for Yeast从两种不同种类的酵母中（酿酒酵母和毕赤酵母）提取总RNA。采用FastPrep®样品制备仪和涡旋仪两种仪器进行样本裂解，与三款不同的竞品试剂盒（X、Y、Z）进行比较。用分光光度计测定了RNA的产量和纯度(A260/280和A260/230)。使用Agilent® 4150 TapeStation分析获得的虚拟凝胶以及RNA完整值(RIN)。结果显示，使用SPINeasy™ RNA Kit for Yeast提取的RNA纯度和完整性均高于竞品。

High quality qPCR curves demonstrating accurate detection and quantitation of targets. 标准的qPCR扩增曲线，展现了对靶标检测的灵敏度及定量的准确性。为了证明试剂盒与下游应用的兼容性，使用SPINeasy™ RNA Kit for Yeast提取酿酒酵母（图A）和毕赤酵母（图B）的RNA，将稀释后的酵母RNA作为模板，使用iTaq™ Universal SYBR® Green混合液 （BioRad，1725121）进行RT-PCR (+/RT)扩增检测酵母RNA种类。采用肌动蛋白的引物进行RT-qPCR检测，按照iTaq™ Universal SYBR® Green One-Step一步法试剂盒(BioRad，1725150）的说明书进行操作，并在QuantStudio3（Applied Biosystems, ThermoScientific）进行循环扩增。
